Quit the fags 4 months ago after about 35 years on 20 plus a day, found it surprisingly easy thanks to vaping.

Stumbled across this site trying to find an answer to a newbie question and been lurking for a while, hopefully I’ll be able to contribute something in the future but am more likely to ask dumb questions for now!
