Lol,tried a few different vape flavours and experimented hear n there and I've settled on a few flavours from nomatch.co.uk , apart from a fluffy tongue all seems well, just wanted to see how safe vaping is, and this forum seems full of info!

I think nomatch are being a bit optimistic stating 10ml will last the average smoker 7 days lol

Five at the most ! But their flavour range is great, also tried totally wicked but that made my throat swell up and I couldn't swallow, hence I'm a bit sceptic about how bad vaping is...??
I don't think anyone has the answers?

Hello and welcome Barbus, Vaping is great I have had fluffy tongue before and itchy skin, lowered my PG ratio and all good now I'm on a 50/50 mix

Pg 50/50 ?..can't get my head round that, I just pick a flavour and I'm down to 11mg and I vape between 2-2.5ml a day is that good or bad?.
