How is the vaping world in NZ? Have they followed the Aussie route?

From what I've read I think NZ has a better vape environment than the ozzies? Their PM seems quite cool, which is not something you could normally say about a PM. Or maybe it's just relative because I've been subjected to Cameron, May and Boris for the last decade.
