Help! I need a new mod but I'm a noob

Noble cloud wizards, I beseech thee.

I had a Sinuous P80 and dropped it and now I have a Sinuous PoS. Its lost the metal doohicky that keeps the charger in the charging port and no longer clicks and fires when I squeeze it.

It lasted a good year and a half but time to move on. So I go online and look at all the reviews and the recommendations and the 5,000,000 ways you can put sugary nicotine liquid into your breathebags and it felt like I needed a masters degree in engineering to understand anything and now I'm super confused.

I'm after
  • Something that works, is somewhat durable and is going to last me.
  • Something that does sub-ohm vaping. If its compatible with my cleito tank then great, if I have to get a new tank but the coils ain't expensive than also great.
  • If it works with my beloved Far Neon Green Slushie, the sickly sweet nectar of the gods wrought from the unfiltered tears of Aphrodite herself, then you will please me greatly.
  • Me likey VW thing. I do not know the other things. (TC? UTI? God vaping is hard!)
  • £50-60 is about my limit.
  • I already have two 18650 batteries so preferably a mod that takes those too?
If anyone has any recommendations based on their own experiences than I'd love to hear them.

Tesla wye 85 (or the 200 if you want 2x18650)

My favourite mod. Made out of ABS so indestructable (personally dropped mine twice onto stone floors from about 4ft), lovely clicky fire button, lightest mod around just about. Feels much more pricey than the £30-ish quid it is if you buy from fasttech. Also the chip seems to give me better battery life compared to my other single 18650 mods.

new mods, im out of touch lately but best stay away from smok as theve gone down hill after flooding the markey with at least a mod a month.

have a look through our recommended suppliers on post 5 POTV Vendors & Recommended E Liquid Suppliers to see if there is anything you like the look off. sales are always poping up so once youve got some more posts you should be able to see our bargain basement on here which gets posts daily on all the deals around.

It's a dual 18650 cell regulated mod that you can use your Cleito tank on and has done me pretty well, though as you said yourself, there are a myriad of options out there. The best thing to do really might be to have a browse and see what you like the look of, then go and watch some reviews.

You mentioned you wanted to replace your Sinuous as the charging port has broken, if I am correct to understand you are currently charging your cells though the mod, could I please urge you to get a dedicated charger instead? Something like this: https://bit.ly/2LD1LTB

I would suggest the Aspire Speeder. Durable, great design, very easy to use and one of our best sellers in store
 
My main mod just now is the iJoy Captain PD270 and it's really good. Smart, solid, very easy to use. Comes included with 2x 20700 batteries but also takes 18650 batteries through an included adapter so would give you backups and the new ones would last longer. The inciuded batteries also cost about £10 each to buy separately so it's a bargain!. Would agree to get a dedicated charger though.

Most places do it for the bottom end of your budget, thin I got mine months ago on sale for about £40? Only thing I would say is wrong with it is the TC (temp control) is a bit shite on it but you don't want it for that anyway!#

Welcome to the planet buddy. My suggestion for a durable mod would be the GeekVape Legend, pretty much indestructible and waterproof to boot.
Other than that i really like the Tesla Wye for a cheap little beater mod, if you wanna spend a little more for something that will last I'd get something with a DNA 250c chipset like the LostVape triade dna250c, the battery life would be amazing on this and you can charge via usb (which i personally don't reccomend for ANY MOD)
My Triade dna200 will be 3 years old in October and still use it everyday.
