tThave been using an ego style set up with a 650 battery, and a shitty off the internet replacement 650 battery. This is now over a month and am clean as a tattie reguarding smoking .
Probem is iam now fully aware that this is absolute tat.if these wee babies would hold a charge for over an hour vaping time they would be ok......but they don't.
Should I go down the road of buying twister type batteries or buying a vamo or mpv type thing.
Help me out cos the revolution needs direction.

If you are wanting a longer battery life in your e-cig then go for the MPV. It has staying power. Or a mod in 18650 mode. I have a Tesla which takes 18650's and it lasts me full day of vaping. I recharge one battery each night on rotation.

If an MVP is within your budget that would be a good way to go. You'll get great battery life from that!

Which ever you get enjoy it. Both are great. However if you go for the vamo the batteries and charger can and will be used on other things. The choice is yours, as I say both are great bits of kit.

ANother option to throw into the mix if you like the discreet size/shape of the ego is the Innokin VV v3.0
I got one before moving up to the Innokin SVD (which is great if you don't mind a bigger one!) - I still use the VV as a second, smaller, set-up.

You have the Egos, so you do have back-up when charging, if you go for one with a fixed internal battery (like the MVP or v3.0).

The big advantage of the mods with external batteries (Vamo/SVD etc) is that their lifespan isn't limited to that of an internal battery - you just replace the batteries when they get to the end of their useful life so, barring accidents, it will last indefinitely. They are a lot bigger, though

Does this mean the mpv never needs charged????and when it eventually goes flat then you throw it away???

No, it means you recharge & discharge until it reaches the end of its useful life. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. Someone else will know what the expected number of recharges are for average batteries. I believe a well-used ego has an expected lifespan of around 6 months
