help needed with ego c battery not working:-(

Well bad news. I got the battery to start charging. After about half hour the light turned green so unplugged the battey and vaped with it for around 5 minsThen it went off again. And wont charge up or come on now. Back to shop tomos if it open.

Well called into vapeescape. Pretty much said battery was my fault so I had to purchase another battery:-( but they replaced the charger. Bit fed up that battery broke after only 2 werks use:-(

Avoid over tightening them at all costs. That's one of the main things when something like that fails

Had you tried lifting the centre post in the Ego battery - gently - with it either switched off or fingers well away from the fire button?

I tried to lift the pin and for some reason it started charging. So thought it was fixed. But after it charging for about an hour it worked a couple of times then completely broke were nothing ever happened again.
I try not to tighten um up. And on the odd occasion it has come apart!
I took it in shop today. The staff took it away to test it. Came back saying its goosed. Looked at me. I said so what can i do about it. He said the battery had juice on it so its knackered. I said It does get juice on it sometimes but I clean it off... is this normal gettin juice on your battery.
There should be more details when buying on the do's and don'ts.
Batterys should last longer than 2 weeks of normal use though. Out of pocket yet again.
