Waiting for a DIY starter kit but I have a question. I already have some Chefs Vapour Captain Custard concentrate. Web site instructs to mix at 20%. Fine. So is this only a flavouring? If so, why is the bottle labelled 12mg nic, PG/VG 50/50 with a nicotine warning on the bottle? What I've been doing with it is mixing 20 parts to 80 parts of a ready mixed 50/50 12mg vanilla. Have I completely misunderstood this? The resulting mixture vapes fine ...

sounds to me that you have a ready made juice there . diy concentrates don't have nic in

Yea that is weird, at one point on the label it states to mix at 20%? sounds like a mix up, as rob71 said concentrates do not contain nicotine ever

The web site advised to mix at 20%, nothing on the label says mixing or even concentrate. I asked them about this and they told me it was a concentrate and to mix it.

Dude then they sent you the wrong shit, that is not a concentrate. It's a premixed e liquid

It even states 50/50 pg and 12mg nic, no concentrate is like that

Thanks. Yes, they obviously did send a proper liquid not a concentrate. Wires got crossed in email messages I guess. I still like mixing it with vanilla though, too sickly otherwise! Will re-order and also order the concentrate and mix that down when I get my DIY kit and see how I get on. Life's an adventure :-)

It is indeed, Haha if your signature link is true then you must be like me (not vaping long but already starting to DIY)

Too expensive to buy these "premium brands" as a heavy vaper, Though i can't resist sometimes :)

Too expensive in the long run that's for sure! When I looked into DIY costs I was astonished. I don't expect to ever become a master mixer but simple all day vapes will do me and I can keep the premium readymixed for the evenings :-)

I know right! I haven't been mixing long but already starting to get the hang of it! Some flavors are no no's obviously but most turn out delish

Good luck with your mixing mate and happy vapin

I thought id mix my adv and vape premium at night. That will go out of the window, ive not bought a juice for months, the price is ridiculous for some of these premium juices!
