I'd be tempted to call the shop and confirm that the base is actually 6mg or if it's intended to dilute down to 6mg once a flavouring is added. They should also be able to advise you on what percentage of flavouring to add.

If the base is actually 6mg, if you add (for the sake of a simple example) 50% flavouring, the strength of the finished juice would be diluted by 50% too and end up at 3mg. If the base is 100% VG and they're telling you you'll end up with a 70/30 VG/PG ratio, it kind of sounds like they're saying to add 30% flavouring.. which would leave you with a finished nic strength of around 4mg.

Going to go back to the shop when my fiancé gets home , he understands this more than I do thanks for the advice

I think what they meant is they've essentially made 6mg of Eliquid just with no flavour so that you can add it youself, rather than it being a bottle of just base Nic.

chloee yes. . If it's 6mg and you add flavouring that will lower nic content... 10% would give you 5.4mg nic 20% would be 4.8mg 30% is 4.2mg and so on...
