Just bought some stuff of the alchemists cupboard to start mixing my own e liquids. Made a 50 ml bottle of honeydew flavour with a vg base and 4mg nicotine. I used 20% flavouring. I thought I'd test it before steeping it and it seems really harsh on my throat. Is this due to not steeping it or too much flavouring? I run my coils at 0.3 ohms but I've never had this problem with any liquid I've bought. Any advice would be great cheers.

Some mixes do mellow a lot after steeping. I find this with my coffee blend, which is really harsh at first mixing, but smoothes out after a couple of weeks

20% seems a bit much flavouring to me. What make of flavouring was it and what pg/VG are you using.

I would of started at 10% and seen what it was like after a few days steeping.

I'm using only vg, nicotine has vg base too. I think I'm using Capella concentrates.
