No, go to a doctor, it sounds like nothing I've heard of before.

Could be related to not smoking possibly, that often causes mouth ulcers and gum bleeding.

Apparently it’s normal but I reckon if it’s just started out the blue she should go see her dentist or the gp.

Apparently, I googled it cause it seems like such a strange thing to happen. It’s apparently benign, and they call it scrotal tongue for some strange reason. The page said you need to be careful food doesn’t get in the cracks.

@Arty59 althpugh it seems it’s benign I’d say she should let the doctor see it if it’s only started happening.

I can’t see how it would be related to vaping but like somebody above said it could be that it’s a symptom of stopping smoking?
