Been vaping for about 8 weeks now, and loving it, and unfortunately I've been infected with shineitus. I loved the idea of saving money but you never know one day soon I might actually do that.

Hey cobra111 - welcome to the forum! Did you give up smoking when you started vaping? If so how have you found it as a replacement?

junglist, not transferred over fully, still have an occasional stinky when stressed, my wife is disabled an I'm her full time carer, so it can get that way, works out at probably 2-3 week when I was on 30-40 a day before I'm not going to complain even though I know it's just the psychological link between being stressed to needing a stinky.

Mate that is a hell of a reduction either way! I found a couple of liquids I really liked, and only touch them when I really wanted a proper fag. Now I crave my fave liquids rather than cigs It is hard work being a carer so big respect to you for that and don't beat yourself up about having the odd fag, especially if you are coming down from 30-40 a day.
