I wish I had seen this before now as it comes with no instructions on fitting the grommets/insulator. I eventually worked it out here

....however.
I use 306s and not 510s and so the only way you can make a seal around the atomiser is to screw down the telescopic drip tip piece which in turn seems to restrict the airflow making the draw very tight. A few YouTube comments asked the question and Scott admitted he couldn't test as he had no 306s to try in it.
So just be aware of the issue if you are looking for an alternative to the DCA.
Im tempted to look again at the 510 LR atties to see if there are any improved ones to try
