Hello and welcome back. I have to agree with the others on the recommendation on the Ares 2 and Ares 2 LE. I won two of them in a contest a couple of months ago and they are all I have been using. The build deck is the easiest I have come across. They also come in two different sizes, 22mm and 24mm so your choices increase. I am using mine on the GeekVape Aegis Solo and I'm actually trying them in TC mode. Take care and again welcome back.

Thanks pal.

What kind of builds are you using? I'm looking at some premade MTL coils online but I don't know where to start cause it's been that long. I'm really enjoying running my Aegis Boost Plus at a low wattage, between 15w and 20w with the 0.6ohm coil head.

Looking for some MTL premade coils that come out to about 0.8ohm that I can happily run at 15w all day.

Good morning, well it is morning on this side of the pond. I make my own coils using one of the tools that came in the Aeres kit. It is about 3.4mm and it makes spaced coils. I use SS316L that I straighten and with I think 7 wraps give me .55Ω - .60Ω coils that I vape at 12 watts or if in TC 17 watts at 405°. SS can be used in both Watts/Power and Temperature Control. I have never bought a pre-wrapped coil so can't make any recommendations. As far as my vaping style, I vape a restricted DTL and not MTL. I hope this helps you in some way.

Sounds great. I'm looking mainly down the route of MTL but I'll keep that in mind [emoji106]

We're gonna get you there this time. Don't worry about falling off the wagon, we all have. None of us here are perfect.

Blessings my friend, and welcome.

Thanks pal. I'm determined this time. Still around 3 to 4 cigarettes per day at the moment, but really enjoying the vape again.

Got a cluthlu hastur coming in the post, and another member is sending me over 2 MTL RTAs. Went online last night and bought a building kit with the pliers and tools etc. so I'm sorted, just need to wait patiently for the postman [emoji23]
