What's new

Hi from Hastings :-)

Plenty of info here. I think the inexpensive kits can be a good starter for people to try, but upgrading seems to happen shortly afterwards.

Hello and welcome BLADESMAN1889, I'm sure you'll be laughing when their cheap copies fail quickly! What are you thinking of getting?

Hey Blossom

I am in a confused state trying to make sense of differing reviews/views/opinions etc. Just as I settle on a potential new 'stick that on the list' it gets trashed on another thread/article.....

Here are some I like the design of

Innokin SVD
JOYeTeck
iTaste 3

I've been told that I should keep it simple as a beginner & then switch to a vv.

The SVD I have (as well as others) it's a good well built work horse. Can be a bit big for some though, stands 22cm in 18650 mode with iclear 30 on top.
The itaste 3 is supposed to be good as with the MVP
The itaste VTR I also use now, for when the SVD or vamo v5 isn't practical.
Don't know about the JOYeTeck, I've never seen one. So can't comment.

Hey Dan.

Very close [°_°] I'm in Carisbrooke Rd (Benefits Street) :-)

I'm down near the bowling green so not to far from you :)

If you can sort batteries and a charger out you can have an old vamo I don't use anymore if it helps :)

By Joyeteck, I take it you mean the evic?

Out of the three you've suggested, I'd recommend the Innokin SVD because:

- The Joyetech evic is the most expensive!
- The Itaste3 has an inbuilt battery, which means you cant vape it while charging the battery. When the battery dies, the whole thing dies.
- The Innokin SVD takes batteries that can be removed to charge, so you buy 2+ batteries and have one charging while you use the other. When the battery dies, you just buy a nrew one.
- The SVD can take different battery sizes. Useful if in the future you buy other devices which take different sized batteries.

That said, I've not owned any of them, just my initial thoughts on the devices you've mentioned.

Don't forget that with the Joyetech and SVD you will need to buy batteries and a charger.

Have you decided to bypass an ego type starter kit like this one? http://myepack.co.uk/review/product/list/id/808/category/11/
