Step 2:
HOT HOT water and a drop of washing up liquid, lots of swirling and swishing and picking up of bits full with water to let them drain out

Step 3:
Into a strainer where they get chucked about a bit to drain excess water...

Pat dry with some kitchen roll and air dry :)

If I were making juice commercially, I would do this WAY different!

Im glad you added pictures because my reply would have been I give 'em a good lathering and rinse in the shower like the rest of my body ;)

nice one meg, I do mine the same.

i reckon if I was commercially producing a: 1 to 60ml syringes wouldn't be big enough and b:
I'd use as disposables, use... Discard

haha swan neck....saves doing hsand stands in the shower....also works well for 'ghandi's revenge' ;)

Well in the early days mrs bfc used to clean them, gave them a right good lathering to, as time has passed though i find myself doing it more often than not, special attention to the big syringe.

for my bottles and syringes etc pretty much the same as above but for tanks and heads i just use clean warm water to rinse then fill the tanks with PG and let the wick soak up some clean unflavoured PG for a bit then empty them out and refill with juice

Hot water and Milton fluid, gets rid of smells too if you leave it a while, give everything a good rinse and air dry - Hey presto clean safe bits...
