How do you keep coper mods nice & shiny?

I bought the Copper Panzer clone from focalecig last month. Nice mod, best I've had so far, hits very hard (was very cheap in the focal offer!!!) but it's tarnished to shit after just a few days :(

Bought like this (small tarnish spots but nothing bad) stayed like this for a couple days...

After a few days (less than a week) it's gone like this

Probably being a bit naive as it's my first all copper mod but thought it would stay nice & shiny! Looks a right sod to clean too!

Ive got the Vanilla & Akuma copper mods coming from FT, these ones I'd like to keep looking nice and as mint as possible! What's the best way to keep them all shiny?

Cheers Chuck

Bad news though and both this & my stainless panzer have locked out!!!! Just can't get the locking ring to free up.

So luckily this just arrived from FT!!

Comes up great! Definitely going to clearcoat this when I get time, can't see it staying shiny long.
Nice mod, buttons great although the locking ring doesn't free up its still ok to stand up and doesn't fire :)

I have a 1 copper mod. It gets the patina & when i feel like it i go & clean it till the next time.

Take some cheap as poss vinegar from the supermarket, pour in a bowl, put copper in the vinegar, leave for as long as you want, 10 minutes ought to do it, rinse with water & then dry off & reassemble. Shiney & no elbow grease involved.

Works for me.
