How do you make large batches?

I got myself a 100ml measuring cylinder from a winemaking shop, I use that to measure nic, pg and vg and then a 10ml syringe should more than cope with flavours (especially if you are mixing a few together).
The biggest mix I've done is 250ml, but any more than 100ml at a time breaks your heart to see all that lovely concentrate disappearing!
