Hi guys, just had my first go at mixing up some juice, looking for some advice on adding a fruit flavour to kreeds custard, from what I've read I should add it to custard after 4/5 weeks, but I'm not sure of % to add, I have it in 100ml bottles, , would appreciate some advice, would be a shame to mess up after all that time steeping, lol, cheers

What brand of concentrate are you adding? And what flavour? I

Want to try peach first, flavour apprentice consentrate,,matty

There are too many variables to give a definitive answer, mainly what your expectation is and the quality of your taste buds.

Make up a 10ml sample with 5% peach and that way you won't be ruining the mix if it's wrong.

fa apricot or capela peach juicy are what you need to go with.do your tries in a 10 ml bottle,it will be a same to ruin a lot of juice

I'm guessing this is TFA Juicy Peach?

I found that to be a rather subtle flavour and a good mixer but not a great stand alone flavour.

Personally don't think it would work too well with custard but you might love it!

I'd say between 4 - 6%. Start low, you can always add a few drops more if needs be, can't take any out after though.

I couldn't say about the percentages: I would definitely split a 100ml into smaller quantities though, and try maybe a couple of different fruits, at different percentages.
