My attitude was,ask FT where were my orders as I'd waited 49 days.They replied that as I hadn't paid extra for the postage,it would be at least 30 days...which made me angry so they got asked "how many days past 30 do you fuckwits consider is a reasonable time to start asking where my items are?" They asked me to wait another week,which made me start to emit steam (as they were taking a week to fucking respond) I asked for a refund,was told too long had elapsed since I'd paid...but I could have a gift certificate...my reply was "what is the fucking point in a certificate IF the fucking orders don't arrive" I got a certificate anyway,ordered a mech mod(Kylin)and abandoned all hope of ever seeing anything from FT.

Finally,after waiting from Sept 4th until Dec 19th my Kylin arrived & even if FT were the only supplier of vaping gear in the entire world...I'd sooner quit vaping than go through that screwed up excuse for a supplier.

Ever watched a snail race? slower than that but worth the wait. and its Chinese new year and they just seem to down tools for about a week and don't give a shit so your double double fkd. feel the pain.
