How to get more throat hit without more nicotine

Hello all.
Im using the innokin z50 with a 1.6 coil at 12mg 50/50 freebase liquid. I get a good throat hit but makes me light headed after just 2 or 3 drags, tried lowering the nicotine a bit but don't get enough throat hit. I need a good throat hit as i want to completely stop smoking so i need to feel that hit but it seems the nicotine is to high. If i carry on with a lower nicotine will i eventually get used to it and not need a strong throat hit anymore?. I feel i need a really strong throat hit to stop me smoking but i dont enjoy feeling light headed. Is there a way to get a good throat hit without high nicotine, don't really want to higher the pg as i find it quite harsh on my chest.

Just stop smoking.
The fact you easily get light headed means you are getting plenty nicotine from your vaping.

Feel you need a smoke?
Vape instead. You get a bit light headed. Stop vaping and think do I still feel like smoking? You do not.
Once you are not smoking, either stop vaping before you get light headed or reduce your nicotine strength so you can vape more.

Ok thanks yes i do need to stop smoking completely, just struggling with stopping them completely
 
I stopped with dl vaping and now do both. Mainly mtl at home and dl and work. Could try different vaping style.
 
12mg isn't that high and as a smoker you really shouldn't be feeling light headed after a few puffs on an MTL tank, that's way less nicotine than you are getting from a cigarette.

When I first stopped smoking I was practically chain vaping 12mg all day just to stop those early day cravings.

How long have you smoked for and how much are you smoking?
 
Just trying to keep it simple at the moment.
Use a heavier flavor, coffees, chocolate, liquors (or whatever your taste, heavier flavors will seem thicker)

Ive tried caramel and some desert flavours but find the throat hit weak
