How to have different flavours?

Bear with me, I'm new to vaping.

The main reason I vape is to stop my snack cravings. I use zero nicotine, and like strong, sweet flavours. Yes I know the advice is not to vape if you've never smoked, but I don't drink or do drugs, and I'm middle aged, so I'm allowing it...

having said that - I start with a couple of small pod kits (Nord 2 and the Argus). argus is decent, I hate the Nord as I just can't get enough flavour.

anyway onto my question. How do people go about changing flavours? I find that with the coils it always tastes of the first flavour you put in. Do I need to keep separate pods for different juices?

Welcome to POTV!

Best way is to use a rebuildable coil device (RTA, RDA etc).

Basically a tank or a dripper where you build the Coils yourself. Everytime you change flavour then, you simply change the cotton. I can switch flavours two or three times a day doing that.

It's abit of a rabbit hole though but I'm sure some Apes on here will give you some great suggestions, I'm abit stuck in my ways to be suggesting kit.

There is a learning curve to it and can look alittle overwhelming at first but it really is simple and any questions you have or any advice needed, you're already in the best place for it.

Edit to add :-

Should have mentioned you don't always need a tank or dripper. If you're using the original pod section for the Argus, this is a fantastic rebuildable coil, use it myself in the Argus Air. The official Voopoo one is abit crap .

Welcome!

Different pods would be your best bet, unless you want to go down the rabbit hole Chris mentioned above.

I'd just pull the coil, rinse the pod out, wipe the coil off and go with the new flavour... after a little while the original flavour should pass.... unless it's a menthol, licorice or something.

If you're on a pod system, best and easiest bet would be to have separate pods & coils paired for different flavors (or different flavor profiles). As others have said, some flavors (like menthol) will hang about for a long time after switching juices.

I tend to try and keep separate tanks for fruity flavors, desert/coffee and menthol flavors. Going from say one fruity to another fruity doesn't seem to take long to change (8-10 puffs), at least on my setup.
