Hi Rachel and welcome to the planet. I saw that TW were making a fresh presence in the UK forums and I have to say that I admire your return. I won't go into the history as

A. It was before my vaping time and
B. If the mods at ukv can put the past behind them, then that's a good thing.

I have a grudging admiration for TW as you are the main players in the resistance to the current legal challenges for vapers in general, and I am dumbfounded why you are on your own in this regard. Many vendors and manufacturers will be impacted if the legal fight is lost so can't work out why they are silent.

But ultimately the only thing I'd say is can you please get your senior management to change the mascot? It looks silly.

I use TW and have been for years, they got me in to vaping, as well as other vendors, love the oak leaf,scion horizon and my Evic supreme.
Plus loving the new shop in Leeds, staff there are fantastic!!

Thats amazing to hear, I still have had a chance to visit the Leeds shop, but its so good to hear its going well there.

It is one of our company shops not a reseller.

Yes I do play Destiny, only on the 360 though, and only very recently have I started. No one will talk to me and I'm not sure why boooo.

Welcome to the planet, I started my vaping with a Tornado and an Odyssey filled with Raspberry menthol, and I suspect a good number of others on here started with TW products. I still use the raspberry menthol!

Good to see TW Having a presence again, and good luck on the legal challenge...

I love raspberry menthol Its my go to fluid.

Hi @Rachel-tw welcome the forum nice to met you can I say how much I admire what TW are trying to do for vaping and that I at present use and have done from day 1 of my vaping journey almost 2 years ago your gold standard flavour concentrates for making my own juice absolutely superb.

Blimey, look at all you posh types starting with a tornado! My first foray into vaping was a Titan kit-I could only dream of using something as advanced as a tornado
i wonder how many of us would still be smoking if we hadn't found TW?

Haha ah the Titan, when I first started I loved the Titan because it was so simple to set up and I was scared of it

Seen the POTV now and have followed the link and signed up for updates on the campaign. I don't doubt that you'll get tons of support for this from this Forum and others. Be very interested to see how it pans out.

The support has been overwhelming so far, I'm so surprised and happy. We just need to keep it going and hope that we can make a difference.

Better training for staff. I've only been into a tw shop twice, both times I've felt that the people in there were clueless (more so than me) first time I asked if they sold kanthal, was asked why so explained it was to make coils. I was met with a complete vacant look. 2nd time popped in to ask if they sold 18650 batteries, the response was to try and sell me a range of ego batteries despite the lpg and genny combo in my hand. Hasn't exactly filled me with confidence.

I've not real experience so, how would I tell the difference? The shop sells nothing but tw stock, has the sign etc.
