emptied both our bins again today just got to ask nicely

Glass recycling has stopped, I just thought there were a load of heavy drinkers in this block; it's not stopping people putting the bottles out in boxes.

The kitchens are a decent size and there's loads of storage cupboards inside these flats, so I'm unsure why people are still putting them outside.
