I am new to vaping and also opened a shop for the new year.

I find it a bit strange that someone who isn't clued up, should open a shop selling something they don't know much about ????
But....I'd suggest buying in a whole pile of goods and using them yourself....That way, you have the experience and knowledge to keep your customers informed of what they're buying and can give practical informed advice....A lot of people who visit B+M stores are first time buyers and can be put off by the sheer choice of products on sale, not to mention the more experienced vapers who will probably never come back as regular customers if they they think the vendor doesn't have a clue about what they're selling.
Just my opinion of course.......

keep it basic and learn quick. get a big range of liquids from 10 suppliers. that way ur customers WILL come back if they do not like "ONE" of ur brands. ur biggest problem is finding the best supplier for ecigs of which i can tell you there are many all claiming the best but its all hype. CE4 and 650mah battery to start with and make sure that your use charger is proper stamped and certed with the correct authority or u may burn some poor sods house down. if you find that one supplier has the same names as another they will normaly be from the same supplier but with diff brand/name
