I'll bet that yours is far tidier than @todd Sorry Mark!!

The bend on the contact that touches the 510 - was that advised or does it work out any better than the usual thin edge for making connection?

I'm not really sure what the bend does, apart from reducing the button throw. I was watching a few build videos and Dean did it on his Ram conversion. When not if I do another, I'd possibly order a different button from MM.

What the other bloke said. I reckon you could get away with 0.7 but no more. Definitely not 0.8. That would be too thick and the battery would struggle to fit I reckon.
