You need to be registered as a business seller to sell vape stuff on eBay (in the UK at least), although as a non-business seller there are ways around that.

There are some decent sellers on there - just have to check feedback as with everything on eBay.

officially i think you and me cant sell but a buisiness can even though i think they are trying to stop them as well.
while i was a moderator last year i was removing daily certain chinese link that only sold to usa. here in the uk we are limited to 20mg nic strength and 2ml tanks but these sites were selling 100ml bottles with 35 and 50mg nic that are allowed in the states.

certain chinese suppliers have a uk only wharehouse so i guess they could also have an american wharehouse as well so maybe buying from them comes from within the good ol usa.
