I think my order has gone missing

I placed an order with you guys on the 5th of september and not had any parcel updates since the 11th of september normally by now my package would have been delivered the longest ive had to wait for a delivery from china to my front door from you is 18 days i checked the reviews with POST NL on the package radar site and about 366 ppl have said NOT delivered im hoping its not been lost im not holding out much hope that it will be delivered now if this is the case it will be the first time ever a parcel has been lost that you sent to me

How long should i wait before i contact you
