I made a post on another topic about Virgin Vapours 100% VG Banana Coconut Colada liquid tasting off.

I had it in an Innokin Clear 30s tank, Provari 2.5 and it tasted awful. I've just made my first ever coil, for my Trident V2 RDA and all I can say is wow! It's a single coil and only my fourth attempt today after working night shift but wow, the flavour is amazing. Coil looks crap but the flavour, once again....wow!!!

My question is, what makes it taste so different from a tank? I mean it's on my Sentinel M16, which is a mechanical mod and I also done it on my Provari and it tastes amazing on both with the RDA, so why so good?!

Only reason it's back on my M16, is because the I got the 24k Gold trident so it looks better on the M16!!

It all depends on the wicking material and wire used for the coils I use the best of the best from stealthvape because everything else always tasted like shit.

I do like the Protank 2 taste though!

It burns the liquid. You are in control as in making the coil to the ohms. I recently acquired a trident and its far superior in taste. It is all down to the build of the coil and the air flow. but then again its just m experience,

Yeah it all depends on the wicking material and coil also could be that you just didn't like the top coil flavour as the vapour in top coilers feels hotter and drier I think so I prefer bottom coils with a cooler vape like the kanger protank 2 or evods

Hopefully as I get better at making coils, the whole experience will improve but so far I'm happy with it!

i did did also notice the taste abit off, from the dripper but that was me being abit lazy by not cleaning it!
