I30 Metal drip tip gives horrible metal taste

As title says the drip tip gives off a horrible metal taste hopefully the Mini Pro tank i ordered is better. Anyone else experienced this and can i put a plastic drip on the mini pro tank?

The mini PT 2 has a 510 drip tip.

I find a lot of metal drip tips had a metal taste, when I started vaping, but I don't seem to notice anything now.
My mini pro. has a fixed drip tip.

is it the mini protank or protank 2 you ordered the mini pt1 has a fixed top but the mini pt2 u can change to an acrylic or delrin if thats what u prefer Bolo88888

good stuff i prefer using delrin and acrylic drip tips cos i kinda chew em weird i know but thats what i do and also dont like the metallic taste i think it slightly tarnishes the flavour of the liquid

I've been using my iClear 30 for a day now, I notice the metallic taste a little, but doesn't bother me too much, but then I have nothing to compare it to yet. Problem I have is that I'm not getting a strong sensation of taste, but this could be the juice I am using combined with some pretty muted taste buds. Still, I have cut down by 60% today on the analogs, so are hoping to get some taste back in the near future.
