iclear 30B Why all the hype

I've recently acquired an Innokin MVP 2, (which I'm really loving btw), it came with an iclear 30 with the knuckle drip tip. I've been watching lots of YouTube videos on the MVP and noticed videos on the iclear 30B, every video review seems to big them up and there seems to be lots of hype about these tanks. So I thought I'd get one and see how much better it is than my 30. Well it arrived today, I set it up and started vaping. I'm really surprised to find that so far I much prefer the 30. I don't like the drip tip because it doesn't screw in firmly, but I can change that of course. It makes a very audible hissing noise compared to the 30. The 30 has more resistance which I prefer, something to pull against. It is a lot more of a cold vape compared to the nice warmth of the 30. I'm sure there is a slight metal taste to it too and haven't noticed that with the 30. So why all the hype about the 30B? Maybe it needs to settle down or perhaps I've done something wrong. Loving the MVP though :-)

To be honest I've never found any of the iClears to be anything but useless, there's so much more on the market for similar price I don't know why people rate them.
Everyone to their own of course but I've had very few good experiences using an iClear.

Still enjoy the 30 for ry4 ,the 30b is dreadful. It worked for one tank full .

Kanger Aerotank - Glass tank, changeable drip tip, stainless steel body, easily rebuildable coils, about the same money as an iClear

Or even a protank 2 which are no monies these days would be a better alternative.

Also the Aspire Nautilus which is a bit more money but is very good.

Aspire nautilus is probably the best clearo out there but it's very expensive compared to others. An excellent budget alternative would be the evod 2 which you can pick up for around a fiver, makes a nice match with the mvp!

mrsaxpunk you should have a look at aspire vivi novas and the aspire davide. I use these on my MVP and have not had any problems with them all.

If I had the last 8 months again I'd forget any kanger or aspire and the like and have saved up for a kfl+ or clone of said device

I have the iclear 30b also and it sucks!!!! Lol metal taste no draw all of the above I'm also looking for another 510 tank preferably one that I can rebuild the coils myself. Anyone have any suggestions?
