OK - I know there must be one somewhere, but I'm buggered if I can find it.
I have .20 Kanthal, 2mm silica and one of these:
Dripper 2.JPG

I use this almost exclusively with the itaste VV V3.0

The dripper came pre-coiled with 8 pieces of wick at least 1inch long, which had the advantage of needing more juice very rarely, but the disadvantage of... needing more juice very rarely (when you want a change)

So how many pieces of silica?
How many wraps?

I don't need to set the world on fire (or my curtains) with the first effort, I just want it to work.

Can someone help a lost soul?

Microcoil and cotton wool would work really well, i learnt from the tutorial in the how to section and haven't looked back!

Just double over a pice of 2mm wick and wrap your coil,3-4 wraps of 0.20 Kanthal, cut the looped end an viola you have four tails.

well - I got a bit impatient - so I ploughed on by guesswork. I used a pin in some blue tack to support it, used 3 strands of silica and 4 wraps of kanthal. No shorts - coming out at 1.8ohm & seems a vape well.

I do plan to try cotton wool at some point, but trying to keep it basic initially until I get the hang of it (this stuff has been waiting for me to take the plunge for ages, and I wanted to get comfortable with recoiling the dripper before I venture into the kanger heads)
