Despite sounding a bit flippent I don`t disagree with you at all.

In the grand scheme of things it`s pretty insignificant.

Having said that, Tobacco has been a bigger killer over that last 50 years or so then many diseases have.
Wipe out Lit Tobaaco and we would save millions of lives.

Ebola is actually pretty nasty!
Our one saving grace is that it isn't an airborne disease, so you need physical contact to contract it, that's what seems to have kept it in check.
So.... just as long as it doesn't mutate into a form that can be spread through the air, we should be fine
