Rated by Ijoy at 25Amp, put in a sub ohm kit, Mooch rates them 7 Amps.
The batteries come from the Ijoy Avenger Baby 108W kits, Mike Vapes seems to have found the problem, but others haven't.
Anyway the long and short of it is there are bad batches of the batteries.
