but here goes anyway :P

I am thinking of making up some basic mixes to sell to friends. I'm looking at it as a way to offset some of my juice costs. I have a Colonel Booms addiction that could do with funding :D

The way I see it I should be able to produce some basic blends that are better than the dekang most of them are vaping (if nothing else because they are 50/50). There are a couple of good friends that vape and half a dozen acquaintances from the village. Hopefully I can work up to producing something a bit less basic, maybe even some licorice blends as that seems to be a flavour that hits the spot for me.

Just so you know, my total experience of mixing so far is making up some T-Juice concentrates in a 50/50 15mg blend for my own use.

If anyone has experience of doing this sort of thing on an adhoc basis I would love to hear about your experiences and any pitfalls you could guide me around.

I've found that sticking to one flavour and getting it roughly right for yourself first is a good plan rather than going for a load from the get go

I've been sticking to my own standard custard mix as a base and have been tweaking it over the last year and have a few friends that come back for more and helps towards personal costs

I make about 4-500 ml at a time as it's less fuss than making as they want it also cutting out the steep time adding to the convenience :)

Just make sure the bottles are chip compliant to cover yer arse :P

I was thinking of recycling bottles like the old corona lemonade scheme. Bring an empty and you get a discount.
a. Its a bit environmentally friendly
b. It would save on production costs
c. It would make it clear this is an amateur venture not a commercial one.

I'm aiming more to be the local guy that produces a bit of homemade wine he sells to mates than some sort of market garden entrepreneur.

I agree with Dan Dan the vaping man, get your flavours right first.
I have 13 or 14 juices in my repertoire now, some complex and some just 2 or 3 flavours, and I give the odd 10ml away when I've done a mix.
Now, I'm not looking to sell, but if I was, this'd be the best market research I could hope for. After already having a fair idea of the ones I like, and what needs doing to the ones I don't, having valuable feedback from people I can rely on not to give me a load of flannel is priceless.

Are there any mixers in the theatre tonight?
Get 'em up against The Wall...

There's one vaping a clone
full of hot-spots
if I had my way, I'd have all of you shot!

That's what I do. I have a couple of people who buy some juice off me coz even the basic mixes are better than the rest of the generic juice they can get round here. They get a 50p reduction for returning their bottles. They are happy coz they get nice juice at a discounted price and I am happy as it covers my costs and I don't have to fanny about buying new bottles all the time :)
