The big difference is legalisation of cannabis in America. (Well... State by state, still illegal under federal)

Don't get me wrong although it's a class B drug in the UK, yes it is widely available. But you don't walk into your local pharmacy and get asked if you'd like some.

So, unless cannabis is legalised in the UK, you'll not be offered THC cartridges good or bad from a shop.

I don't know why anybody would be surprised that THC is being cut with something that can be deadly when vaped. Drugs have been cut with inappropriate shite for a long time but increasingly so in recent years. 80% of the cocaine currently being sold in the UK has been cut with levamisole which is a de-wormer for large farm animals. Heroin is often cut with sand, powdered detergent or other dangerous substances. More and more, drugs are being cut with dangerous products that are not at all suitable or safe. So the new THC vaping problem is hardly unexpected. It was only ever a matter of time.

It's out there if you want it. I've tried some of the legit stuff from Spain. It's not cheap but it's good. But this is from a 'respectable' company, not some shifty fly-by-night operation diluting it with all sorts of harmful shit. The best thing to do if you're not sure is steer clear.
