Well I never had any health problems due to smoking, so it's not like anything has changed there, but I do feel happy to have ditched the fags, so from a mental point of view I do feel better.

It's sense of smell rather than sense of taste for me that's better. Although that's a blessing rather than a curse as getting in my car the other day I didn't enjoy the smell. That said, I was smoking in there so it's the cigarettes that were the problem anyway!

Welcome to POTV and congrats on giving up the stinkies I've been vaping for about a month and a half now using the EGO's and i have to say they do work.. But i'll bullet this for ease of reading

• Since your still researching your options, I suggest sticking to your ego for a little while longer just to get to grips with vaping/cleaning/maintenence ect

Haha, I agree with you there cd_b. Sense of smell has improved somewhat and my sinus' aren't bothering me as much lately.

Thanks a lot Lxus that's sound advice. The cleaning and maintenance side of things is something I have yet to learn about. I'm not sure that I can even clean the clearomiser on this cheapy ego that I have however... You can replace the coil so I reckon it's single use only.

Actually I do have another question - do people tend to use one clearo per flavour or clean them out and re-use them when changing flavours? I've been putting different liquids in mine and the previous taste does sometimes linger with certain flavours!

Depends on what flavours you are changing to and whether you can be a#sed at the time.
For instance if going from say a coffee to a tobacco juice (or vice a versa) I tend not to bother.
However going from an aniseed to say a custard

Sometimes you can accidently discover some nice new flavour combinations

You learn very fast that some flavours really, REALLY need their own clearo! For me it was a peanut butter vape... I love PB, and the vape was nice, but I had to throw the whole tank out, because the taste just wouldn't come out no matter what I did, and it did not play well with others, lol
