In vaping there is no such thing as ‘Plain Vanilla’

One of the key reasons many people like and stay with vaping is flavour.

So what is the perfect price for a flavour concentrate and which is the perfect flavour? There is no correct answer, because, flavours can be used at different dilutions and our palates for these flavours vary hugely.

But most of us after a while develop an idea of what we like and don’t like and when mixing have an idea of what we want.

There is a huge diversity of brands and within brands sometimes several different mixes of a flavour – from all over the world. In vaping there is no ‘plain vanilla’ – there are several. And lots of other vanillas too.

The reviews here will hopefully help you select the flavour concentrates you want to try. We hope you will review and share too.

Great idea to start this section here. Many thanks to Bryan and Purple for taking the time to share their impressions of so many flavours. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute as well.

One request to make the reviews more 'user friendly', could peeps please try to give some indication of what percentage of flavouring they are using for the different flavours? Although this can only ever be an indication, it really does help when starting out with a 'new' flavouring to have something to start with. At the moment I scour the web/Liberty Flights for reviews that say more than 'great flavour', but sadly it's often really difficult to find any usable information.

Looking forward to seeing more reviews here.

I think it's a good idea to include percentages where valid -especially where the flavour is being used as the main one in a simple vape. For others, where the concentrate is used as a secondary flavour in a complex mix, it could be meaningless.

For special recipes though, I'm afraid if I told you, I'd have to kill you :)

% really don't matter to me as I like stronger flavours and over flavour any of my mixes to begin with. I keep adding until I like it.

Cheer for that. Good point about the %s. will definitely add the, in the next batch of reviews coming soon when my new lot have steeped. I mostly mix around 15% for f'arts and 20% for most others although health cabin are normally nearer 30% and the Lorain fruity ones have been 40%. The praline which was fine at 15%. Don't know what Bryan's averages are though. I hope that helps :)
