it would make sense. maybe they have a connection to scotland.

anyway, it’s very tasty. in an uncharacteristic move i might bump it up to 2%. it’s not that strong. i’ve never found any caramel flavour to be very strong, maybe there is only so much they can concentrate it.

Toffee isn't exactly a strong taste ... sweet, a bit creamy, a bit buttery, a bit brown sugary, a bit toasted. I guess they've gone for realism.
 
I have it and like it quite a lot. I’m trying to work it into a desert tobacco recipe atm.

i think i’m going to blend it with flv red burley and see where i can go with it. just tried that one yesterday and it seems to me it would work nicely as a base with a nice hefty kick for a sweet tobacco blend. it is quite sweet, the toffee, so i’m thinking some nice bold baccies would work with it.

Steady as you go with the red burley, 0.15% n even then..
