Not strictly speaking a variable wattage mod, but it's a little TC device with variable control.

TL;DR version:
It's a great idea but build quality is poor and for the price (it retails around £40) I think it isn't up to par.
Yes I think it's an upgrade from a cigalike or ego device, but not what I'd recommend especially at that price point.
