Inspiration please

Hi guys I am struggling to find recipes I like.
I've made enough now and am useless at altering to suite. Im going to go back to single stand alone flavours.
Which company would you recommend to use for best flavours?

Everyone always says chefs one shots but they have issues with stock, every time I look at ordering some they are out of stock.
I've found FlavourArt the best one shots even their single flavour concentrates are good one shots.
I think FlavourArt are the best.
