Just tried to place order for a bottle. I entered POTVFREE in voucher code box but when I go to page for signing into Paypal it comes up with £2.50. Do I have to order more bottles to obtain free one. If so, that`s fine and I will do.

Got bottle of aniseed this morning. Very fast delivery. Had problem with top. It is not a needle. It`s like a pipette top but it didn`t have hole in it. Was trying to make hole, top came off, bottle dropped from my hand, lost half of liquid on worktop. I`ll know next time lol

Hi Bob - sorry to hear about that, it sounds like the inside of the cap came away from the lid as it is a needle tip. Please PM us your order number and we will send you another bottle out.

Hi Dean, I put another order in last weekend and noticed that the tops were a bit tricky to get off on a few of the bottles. No spillage like Bob but just thought I'd let you know in case you've got a new supplier for bottles - my first order was fine.

I've now tried every flavour you do I think and got to say I've not had a bad one yet! If you get any lemon/limes going, let me know pal.

I have noticed that a couple of lids are hard to unscrew. We have an automated filling, nibbing, capping and labelling machine and we have had a few issues with the capper over/under tightening the lids. This has all been sorted now, so hopefully there won't be any other issues moving forward. If anyone has any issues just let us know.
