Is it normal for efest 18650 batteries to go warm when in nitecore i4???

Noticed nearly every time i charge my 18650's in the nitecore i4 that they go warm (not hot) just warm. Is this normal????

Vaping50 ive noticed most rechargable batteries do, thats why the say leave them for 30 mins before popping them in your mod. Gives them time to cool / settle and other technical stuff x

The batteries are heated by the charger, but not above the maximum allowable temperature.


Inside the charger there is some warm electronic, as long as the electronic and box is designed for this temperature, it is not a problem.
