Is my kayfun lite clone actually a russian 91%

Bought this £19 all in next day delivery all turned up gave it a good clean and all is well apart from some teething issues which where user error, it's fully stainless steel tank with adjustable airflow on the side. After a bit of googling I think it maybe a russian clone I'm not really bothered but wondered how I can tell?

The Russian is a clone of the Kayfun until you get to the Kayfun Lite Plus - which is in fact now a clone of the Russian, after they used the same airflow control that wasn't previously available.
