I don't know how long you haven't Vaped for but everything you want is already available in some way, Salts you are best with a Pod i would think, @DeeDee aka (Pod Queen) will be best to help you out with that, i always suggest the Drag X or Drag S but she knows way more on the subject than me.

If u want to guage it, consider salt 1.5-2 times as strong as fb for your levels.

And yes read more, because the whole allergy thing is very common. It took me a while to find a brand that didnt cause me issues.

Never had that prob with fb, only harshness (but dropping my levels would have been the more prudent option). at the time i just wasnt ready

You know what, thats helpful for me too.

As u know im a big salt user but ive noticed i can no longer tolerate some brands as i get a crackly chest. So now i only use 4 brands that i can tolerate. When i very first started out b4 i met my first Pod (caliburn OG) i vaped FB 3mg anything higher nic made me cough and irritated my throat. Thats why i tried salts and have stuck to them since.
Started at 20mg, dropped to 10mg and now i vape from 10 to 5mg depending on availability.
What symptoms do u get when u vape something that doesn't agree with u?

Ok so u want something easy, good coils, mtl, good flavour, decent battery?

I personally can suggest the following but i mainly use Pods so thats what i will suggest

Top 5 imho

Aspire: Either the Nautilus Prime (internal batt) or prime x (external) the X also has some improvements versus the OG.

I seem to get smokers cough, and it sort of feels like fluid has condensed in my lungs that i have to cough it out. It is the exact same feeling as when u accidentally swallow water down the wrong pipe.
(Its not too horrible, if i put the vape down or switch to fb for a bit, it goes qway almost immediately

I qm vaping qbout 5 times the level as u tho, so i really need to lower it. Its been too long to use cigs as an excuse.

After reading and being able to visit a vape shop I have decided to go with a sub ohm tank as I know that I am sensitive to PG therefore the pods are not for me. Went with the Geekvape Aegis X Zeus kit.
