Ok, it's not pretty, there's way to much hot glue, I could have cut the wires a bit shorter and a thousand other little niggles. It's no tugboat. But it's mine and I made it myself. It's a dual 18650, series box. I'll take a bit of time over the next one and build a keeper.

There is definitely a sense of satisfaction the first time you hit the button and the evil thing crackles at you. It's a tad savage
And yes. For the mosfet I used battery wrap. It was the only stuff I had large enough to go over everything. I was very aware it's a metal box and I didn't want to cause any serious mischief first time out.
