What's new

Its about time

Hi mattyk2010, It is usually mentioned alongside the product if a product is in stock and how many are in the stock as well.
So china shipping is only used when an item is out of stock or when we have too much orders that our stock runs out. Normally, we keep the stock intact.

This is interesting as I ordered a product from you on the 24th May, the product showed in stock and has been shown in stock since the order yet my order is still shown as awaiting shipment. I have sent 3 emails and have no reply. If you have it in stock and based in the UK why has it taken so long to ship, especially as I paid extra for postage to get the item quicker?

If I was you i would claim a refund, assuming you paid with paypal. A week and a bit wait for shipping confirmation and no reply to three emails would be enough for me to claim the refund.

I did pay by PayPal, I'm hoping to get a reply either on here or via email in the next day or 2 otherwise I will be contacting PayPal to request a refund, I certainly won't be purchasing anything from them again, their customer service is appalling, I have taken screen shots daily of them showing they have the item in stock and have questioned why they haven't shipped it yet, also requested a full refund or an ETA for delivery, they have not responded to either of these queries.

While it's commendable that the OP introduced themselves here with a mind to encourage trade and discourse, it's perhaps worth looking at other opinions voiced online, in order to form a rounded opinion about their business before placing an order.

A quick google search can help, the top 3 hits are Ecigwarehouse's own site, Trustpilot's reviews (damning) and this POTV thread from 2016.

Some folk around here appear to have short memories ;)

Just to give an update I contacted PayPal and also got a reply from ecigwarehouse saying that they were still awaiting stock and could I wait another week, now this clearly contradicts what they have said in previous comments that if it's shown in stock then they have it, they clearly didn't. Anyway I managed to get a full refund. I certainly won't be using that company again, you live and you learn.
