any idea on the steeping time for the kh rhubarb and custard ? have some steeping for 2 weeks now and no colour change at all. was wondering if its good to go from the off?
the custard is a lovely brown colour nd was mixed the same day.

I would think 2-3 weeks minimum the crazy custard improves after 3 weeks.
