As the title says I have just mixed 100ml of my custard v3 (it isnt a straight custard) as i am fast running out of it, probably down to my last 10ml of my other batch and will be raiding my other tanks to get all the dregs out.

What I have realised is I need larger syringes as using 1ml, 3ml and 10ml is a PITA when doing larger batches!

I have also realised I have got bloody lucky in only having to make three versions to get it the way i want it to taste.

Roll on 9th May so I can crack open this new batch :D

mixing jugs are the way forward miss p. i would be lost without mine. think igot them from jv24/7 about 90p each for 50ml

You could always be lazy, like me! Measure and dose the nic and flavourings with a syringe, and guestimate the top up bulk (PG/VG), just pouring them (via a funnel) straight on top of the nic and flavours. :D
My days of sucking up VG into a syringe are long gone.

Just take the plunger out of the syringe, put your finger over the hole of the syringe tip and poor the vg in the top, then put the plunger back in and walla

if you're mixing 100ml batches, measuring by weight is far easier and quicker in my experience :)

I bought a set of scales from ebay for about £8 that are accurate to 0.1g with a tare/zero function, and if i mix anything 30ml and above i just use the scales, pouring the ingredients either straight into the bottle, or for small necked (30ml) bottles into a measuring cylinder first.

saves so much syringe soaking and cleaning :)

One more thing to worry about when mixing and having Pepper in the same room ;)

Worst bit is....i have scales back at my other home, will need to pack them and bring them up next time im down there :)

I have found that the VG goes up the 10ml syringe perfectly fine.
But now I'm half way down the 250ml bottle the syringe won't reach, so I'll have to come up with a new technique.

I think I'll be going with a beaker. It's just annoying as it takes ages to pour thick juices out.

Ive got a long tube that attaches to the syringe :) check out leisure liquids for it, makes it so much easier.
