Morning all,

I'e been looking in to getting a squonker and after looking at a lot, I think I'd be better off with a regulated one. Seen the Kangertech dripbox 160 and it looks nice and simple. Has anyone got one?

I'll likely just go with previous made coils but had to take a break from looking at them just now, hours of looking at squonkers, coils, cotton, coil wire, tool kits for building and wicking them has fried my brain to the point I think I'm just looking for the easiest option that won't end in me spontaneously combusting.

I used kangertech stuff years ago and most of it was pretty reliable, then they just seemed to stop bringing new stuff out so I'm hoping these are as good as the look?

You didn't order these coils for the SE1 did you as they won't fit. These are for the crown 1 only.
The SE1 can only use crown 2 coils or rafale coils.

I have the dripbox 160 and its a good steady workhorse of a mod. One thing which you may or may not notice but something to be aware of is the thickness of your battery wraps. They can sometimes get snagged a tear a little on the inside of the mod. Pre-wrapped batteries work fine but if I have any I have re-wrapped myself they can get stuck and tear.

You didn't order these coils for the SE1 did you as they won't fit. These are for the crown 1 only.
The SE1 can only use crown 2 coils or rafale coils.

No i used the dropdown menu and pick up the crown 2 0.8ohm clapton coils hence why i only bought 12.

If you can find them in the UK they are usually about £10 for 4 not including P&P

me not even heard of the 0.8 coils but im still using rafale coils which were £2.50 a pack so i bought a few
