Kangertech rba plus

I recently got myself the rba plus but I'm used to wicking the previous version of it. Any advice on how to wick the latest version best? I don't want to over wick it because it will cause dry hits. Thanks in advance.

Recently Ive been doing a pancake sort of wick.

Just enough wick on each side to touch the holes, fluff them out into flat pancakes and place the rba sleeve over, ensuring the holes are blocked with fluffy cotton. I do this by poking the wee blue screwdriver around the corners near the post screws as no cotton is needed in those corners.

Also I'm using cotton bacon which is very absorbant.

Any chance you could post a photo of what it looks like as I'm not familiar with the pancake method.

Sorry for the late reply. Took apart my rba base and the before and after should look something like this. This is just my way - there are countless others out there!

To be honest you can't really go wrong.
I modi'ed my V1 to V2 plus style and don't flood with 2 juice entries.
Just poking the wick down to the bottom ala V1 should work on V2 plus also I would think.
Just make sure the hole are covered to prevent flooding, once the wick wets and swells it will be job done.
